Episode 57 — Mythical Creatures Eat Our Lunch.

scoville_0100We spend a lovely day out on the farm, wandering the fields and picking packs of yellow, red, blue, green orange, black, white, brown, some clear glittery, and (I won’t alliterate anymore) peppers. We’re in Scoville, USA and we’re making chili.

We also talk the best music from 2014, our Kickstarter habits, game addiction, and upcoming cons. Uh-oh, Eric’s eyes are watering. He must have forgotten to wash his hands after handling his peppers.

Episode 42 — It’s Not Your Game, It’s Our Deficiency

Suburbia_0007-2What’s wrong with us?

In opposition to those poorly received games we like, our guilty pleasures, there must be games that are well-loved and critically acclaimed which elude our ability to enjoy. Right? Surely.

We spend the Lion’s share of this episode discussing games that, despite their acknowledged goodness, one of us is unable to like. It was a fun, maddening discussion, and we hope you’ll enjoy it, or at least tell us why we’re wrong. Because we are wrong.  Very, Very wrong.

Episode 16 — Too Long in the Wasteland: The Double Album Episode

agents_0016Firstly, we really like this episode and feel we were actually good this time out.  B, we apologize for the length as we were so busy being good that we ignored the timer we set to constrain ourselves. Well, not so much ignored the timer as spat right in its face.

In our longest episode to date (and hopefully ever) we announce our Game of Tournaments, review The Agents, and dissect the Kickstarter experience. We do a lot of dissection here.

So please enjoy our Scorsese director’s cut of a show and watch for our Game of Tournaments post announcing the 16 games that will be competing for the Unplaced Worker award.

PCP014_0001Yes, this was it: our show about nothing, our Seinfeld episode.  See what the critics have to say.

“Not since the Pop-O-Matic have we been so enthralled.” ~ Gerbil Monthly
“Is this going on the air?” ~ Justin Bieber
“It was a discussion.” ~ BBC 13
“A few thoughts were completed.” ~ The Journal of Non-Sequitur Dining
“Frank Turner will never hang out with them.” ~ Tattoo Weekly

We promise to be much better next time out.

Episode 10 — Intelligent Dice and Adorable Commodities

Euphoria_0056Jim loses his bet that we wouldn’t make it to episode 10.  We solve the mystery of the infamous Segway death.  And we discuss our first Kickstarter game, which propels us into a dystopian future that makes utopias look pretty lame.

Plus, we give Canadians heck for sending us their garbage musicians while keeping the good stuff for themselves.

Where else will you hear “the commodity tokens are adorable.”
